This dilapidated grocery anchored shopping center, sits on prime real estate in a high-growth residential area. SRA is currently supervising a multi-million dollar renovation of the center in conjunction with a planned 2005-2006 expansion by Fry’s Grocery store.
SRA has just completed renegotiating a number of leases and shifting existing tenants into different spaces to make room for the planned Fry’s expansion. The new look center will include a completely new façade, several new tenants on pad spaces on the Speedway frontage, and a revamped 60,000 square foot Fry’s grocery store.
