After acquiring the property, SRA remodeled the center to create a more friendly and also more elegant neighborhood center. In conjunction with Safeway, the center is currently undergoing additional improvements. With 100% occupancy and no tenant turnover in almost 2 years, the satisfaction is clear with the work already overseen by SRA and the work planned in the near future.
